One day we sat down and put pen to paper of what a service company should be. Being in the construction industry there are so complaints we all have heard over the years.
- My contractor didn't clean up and left my house a mess.
- My contractor didn't even show up the next day when he said he would be back tomorrow.
The list of complaints can go on and on. Here at Mr. Watts Electric we came up with the Moto
"WE NEVER CUT CORNERS" This moto is for all aspects of the business. There are five core principles that we follow:
1st: Communication with all parties that need to be involved.
2nd: Following the proper Processes & Procedures for your project.
3rd: Installation above and beyond Code.
4th: Cleanliness making sure your home is as clean or cleaner than when we arrived.
